What We Do

Our aim is to provide you with advice that considers your current and future needs. To achieve this: We research the whole of the market which includes mortgages available from high street lenders as well as those offered exclusively through brokers, this means we are able to advise you of the very best mortgage deal on offer to fit your circumstances.

We shall identify and understand what is important to you and then make a recommendation and explain why we believe this best satisfies your needs.

What Our Service Costs

We have a fees free option available as well as a fee based service.

We do not normally charge a fee. However for complex cases, if we do need to charge  a fee, we will explain it clearly to you before we undertake any chargeable work on your behalf.  Our fee is capped at £1000, we may also be paid a fee by the lender.

We can also offer you an Independent Approach to mortgage broking.  We would normally charge .5% of the advance for this option. So a mortgage of £300,000 would cost £1500.  However we will refund any commission we receive from the lender. We will explain each of these options to you near the beginning of our first meeting with you.
